After a period of largely ad-hoc, broadcast social media activity Sherry Design were tasked with creating and then implementing a full social strategy that would deepen connections and increase engagement with existing and new audiences alike.
We started our strategy with a simple A, B, C approach – clarifying their key Audiences, who they were and what made them tick. Then shaping how the Brand would come to life and outlining the types of content to build their engagement around. Finally, we considered Channel – where they needed to be seen.
As with all our social media work, we carefully tracked our work to provide accurate monthly ROI reports for internal stakeholders. During the course of 2018, we saw the following results:
– 1,192% in engagement on Facebook and a 353% increase in post impressions
– We launched an Instagram channel and achieved 12,955 likes
– Their websites saw a 59% increase in new visitors and 31% increase in website views
