Once you have successfully leveraged the power of good design for your business you should sit back and bask in the glory – for a moment. Then stand up and do it all over again! Every single business and organisation battles the unrelenting noise of their competition on a daily basis. Attracting and retaining targets is harder now than it ever has been. Not only do you have to understand your audience intimately, craft your messages carefully so they understand them, you then have to deliver them in creative and compelling ways that stick. Repeatedly. Religiously. A brief rest on the laurels generally signals the start of a disconnection with the people you want to attract most. Everything is so fluid right now, business moves and shifts constantly and the audience dictate the pace.
